Experimental study on irradiation of perovskite solar cells

Solar cell is an important energy source for spacecraft. It significant to study its resistance space particle irradiation. In the past ten years, research hotspot of solar cells has focused on perovskite (PSCs) because their advantages long carrier lifetime, high light absorption performance, low cost and easy preparation. By now photoelectric conversion efficiency PSCs reached 25.5%. Recently, were found be robust irradiation, which makes them possible used in satellites The antiradiation effects with different structures preparation processes have been studied, but obtained experimental results are different. this work, experiments radiations protons, electrons gamma rays same carried out. characteristics before after irradiation characterized, so as analyze radiation effect PSCs. show that sensitive electron radiation. With increase fluence total dose, degradation intensifies gradually. For radiation, exhibit most significantly sensitivity. proton fluence, short-circuit currents change little, open-circuit voltages remain essentially unchanged, can stably maintained at 94% pre-irradiation performance. Based above data, a semi-empirical formula established, damage law predicted less will support application
